Very poor customer service. Very arrogant and rude. They will hang the phone up on you. They will take bribes and detained the innocent. They detained my husband and all they want is money. He took his mother to Delhi for medical treatment and now he is separated from his mother and they took his phone away from him. Then he will have to pay to get his phone and the trend continues. They hit him in his eye. They are abusive and are abusing their power.

Absolutely unhelpful .. Only thing which is confirmed is .. "Go to hell attitude" by police person on the call.. Not interested in listening to our problem.

Hats off to Haryana Police once again for their Timeless service which I received personally after having applied for my PCC. It took mere 5th day when I recieved a call from them regarding the verification process.
