Horrible experience with the manufacturer. I contacted him through Indiamart to buy a product for which he shared a sample. The sample was decent enough and on that basis I placed the order. But when I got the lot the stuff was extremely poor quality, nowhere close to sample i passed.nThe worst thing was that the owner didn't had no place for the customers opinion or feedback. He was adamant that he has given the best product and as a buyer I have no knowledge of handicraft.nHe has displayed extremely awful work ethics which shakes the trust of people in long distance buying... He doesn't deserves any star.
