Being among the oldest bank of the Tundla....located in the Tundla Junction Railway Station premises....The most disappointing thing about this branch of SBI is scarcity of space inside the bank.....this branch is very small in terms of area therefore it gets choked during working hours and cerates inconvenience for customers & staff.....the counters inside the bank are not properly organised and they are not easily approachable for customers.....no proper seating arrangement for senior and old aged people.....no proper parking space is available ...... during rush people have to wait outside the bank for their turn which is very risky as the bank is located at the end of a road divider...... Authorities need to change the premises to a big and spacious place within the same area for giving painless services to customers..... Staff is good.
