Not just bad, the staff is horrendous. I come here for the sole purpose of earning intermiles(prefer hp) Last week I went and refilled with fuel worth 2280 inr, went to manager office to claim intermiles, machine didn't work and they ended up saying that your transactions is successful, no receipt, nothing. Yesterday too, got refuelling for inr 250, employee without even talking to me properly said that I have added points to your account, no receipt given again. No miles, nothing.. so pathetic is what I say about the service
