Never go to this doctor.. If he even deserve to be called doctor!! In November 2020 they threw paralised pregnant female outside on the road after 2 days treatment when her rescuer couldn't come and take her back in time. I found her sitting on the road and took her under my care. She gave birth same night. I imagine if some car would park on her or she would move more close to carriageway ud83dude33 vet said she was aggressive, she's still with me and I can say she's the most friendly dog I have ever seen. Shame on you! Wish you no customers at all. Your license should me taken away immediately!!

I am writing a review for the first time in my life.Because i am extremely grateful to dr shivam and every pet parent deserves to know my story.n2 days ago i almost lost my 5 year old dog Oscar a golden retriever .i contacted my local vet who said its a critical case and he wont make it.i asked my friend for a good vet at that crucial time n came to know about this place.this was our last hope.nwe rushed our Oscar here ,it was around 11.40 pm.he was breathing shallow.ndoctor was very understanding and did not loose hope like others.nhe started the treatment immediately ,minutes turned into hours.nafter 4 hours around 4 am Oscar moved and opened his eyes in that overwhelming moment i burst into tears.nOscar was still critical.doctor sat by our side the whole night and kept an eye on Oscars condition.he could have send us back because Oscar seemed fine. but he insisted to stay for few more hours.Helper made tea and coffee for us 3 times that night while we waited.it did not feel like clinic ,it felt that we are at our friends home.nthank god for doctors experience that he insisted on staying because around 5am again Oscar had breathing difficulty and doctor gave him oxygen from oxygen cylinder.and some injections.it was a very heavy night for me and my family.nafter few more hours at 9.35 am Oscar was discharged and the doctor was by his side for the whole time.i do not know what would have happened if i did not find this clinic.nThe kind of dedication doctor shivam have to save an animal life is par excellence.nIt feels great to see such people at such position.which brings back faith in humanity.ni recommend every pet parent to not loose hope and find a good doctor.every thing is possible.

I have 2 family dogs lab breed we visited our new vet a days ago....i think people must know about this place a little more and why this deserves 5 stars .i have changed 3 vets in 2 month as our regular vet changed the city....so...n1) GOOD VALUEnits not at all heavy on your pocket unlike previous 3 clinicnn2) GOOD QUALITYnvery hygienic place and spacious you don't feel hospital kind of anxietynn3) PROFESSIONALnDr is highly skilled and so caring about pets it seems he gets more determined than the owner to get the pets healthy again.nn4)RELIABLEnDr is highly reliable.my doggo was very sick but after treatment he felt bettern.but in the night doggo was very uncomfortable i reluctantly called the dr but with alot of compassion he told me how to solve the issue.and asked to tell him the status of doggos health in every 3 hrs.nn5)RESPONSIVEnhighly responsive clinic ....no unnecessary fuss very down to earth people 24 hrs at your servicenni personally think may be because of the love they have for animals this clinic and doctor have very high moral and ethical standards are rare now a days.nso this clinic deserved 5 stars for that .

This is the best Pet clinic in NCR. Our Bella (6 month rottweiler) was puking blood and was having loose motions. We brought her to the clinic around 1. Dr Shivam Patel was very efficient and started the treatment immediately. He let us go only after he was satisfied that bella was okay. When we brought Bella the next day we say Dr Shivam do his best to save a kitten but she could not be saved. He did not charge the kittens owner as he could no save her.When Bella's health went bad again,, he video called us to check and called us again. He's the best Doctor there is.nnIF OUR BELLA IS WITH US TODAY IT'S BECAUSE OF DR SHIVAM PATELud83dude4fud83cudffb

best vet i have met.. surely you will get your problem solved and leave without worry and with a happy pet.. i always have.. thanks a ton to Dr Shivam for helping us and google(my doberman).
