I had an emergency and I called this place seeing it has 24 hours service. Lady at phone was polite n helpful. She asked me to come anytime. Hence I went there in the night itself... When I reached there I found it was small shop type n the ambience wasn't impressive at all..So I immediately turned back n took my dog to some other place. May be the doctors there are good at their work ,which is more important, but my suggestion to them is that please make your place bit welcoming so that person like me who is visiting for the first time feels like entering and getting the benefit of their expertise treatment.
