Worst service ever. They booked our hotel outside the city and theet is no transportation available to go anywhere. In our room, AC is not working and they don't understand English.

Worst travel agency.nThey put your package to third party company and then thailand people don’t care about you.nAnd also their agent promise something elsenAnd give totally different.nShefali in their sales staff cheats people.nThey book hotels far from the city so you will not get transportation easily.

The worst travel company. Zero organisation. Waste of money! The agents didn't follow the iterinary, they had no idea about the place, the arrangements were absolutely horrible! Their cars cancelled on the last moment and we had to wait for 2 hours after dark. No planning was done before hand, everything was spontaneous. Do not make the mistake of choosing this company.

The trip was a great mess. We did nothing according to the itinerary. The accompanying travel agents knew nothing about the place and were highly unprofessional. Several issues such as poor transport facilities, extra charges for various things and poor time management, arose during the trip which the accompanying agents could not take care of, we were constantly on the phone with their seniors, who were extremely rude, to try to resolve even the most minor problems. I would not recommend travelling with them at all.
