The infrastructure is good but staff tend to get complacent of there are very few visitors. For example movie will start with lights still on. Sometimes sound will not sirf for first few minutes of screening, pop corn was half burnt at cafeteria, etc

Good cinema hall located in Gaur city mall on char murti...prices are usual pvr ones...ambience of theatre is very nice

I had gone to watch Mumbai Saga in PVR Gaurcity Mall this week. The place is nice but I had to ask 3-4 times to the staff to turn on the Air Conditioner. The hall was super hot. They switched on the Ac for a while and then again turned it off. We got so disappointed that left the movie in between. The manager Mr.Brajesh tried to convince that they are doing so in order to maintain the temperature. It was a ridiculous excuse. This was one of the worst experience I ever had in a PVR. Highly disappointed.
