First time user.nI order baby hug diapers from firstcryindia.com.nI find it very reasonable and better quality than other brand.nI never visited to store but I guess other products are also will be good

My sincere suggestion that not to visit this store, even staffs are also very unprofessional.nYou will not find any issue here until you have to return/exchange any product.nI bought a baby bottle today morning for my 12+ month baby, but bottle had nipple size/shape issue, which is not available in the market yet.nBut When I went back there for exchange/return for the same, they started showing me rule book after covid is changed nd we can't exchange/return this product.nnWhen I asked, why didn't you tell me at the time of purchase, they started teaching me that you should aware that these products can't be exchanged, call to customer care for any help, for that 500rs bottle , I have to waste my time and energy with their CC.. Disgusting.nnSo, bottom line is , the reason why online shopping is far better and worth buying and these kind of stores are getting closed due to their unprofessional nd pathetic business mind.nnToday I learnt lesson and definitely my network as well, will definitely be not visiting this store any more.

This products also very good. All staffs are very good. Store manager is very active , helpful, very good in customer satisfaction.

Very unprofessional and rude person on billing counter.nI spent my time to select few product for my new born baby.nnSalesman was good and helped me to select products.nnWhen I reached for billing, they told that only cash and card payment option is available, there is no any non contact /UPI payment option.nI told him to paste a sticker on door that we have only cash and card option available, so that customer time not get wasted, then he replied that we haven't written that we will take UPI option. The way they are treating customers is not professional.nnConsidering a new born, babies product store and pendamic, they must avoid cash and card payment option. Even Sabji walas are more responsible and have sense to use UPI option.nnVery careless and casual approach by store.
