They are professional in their work and maintained satisfactorily quality of drycleaning. Clothes delivered by them on time and looked like new. Will definitely avail their services again when required.

.I would say the worst experience with wash craft, I gave the curtains for dry cleaning, first of all after many follow ups they delivered the curtains and best part is that the lady on the other side never calls back even after many request for delivery confirmation, Luckily I got my items back yesterday morning and surprisingly when I opened the packaging all curtains were dirty, all stains were there, I thought that these are permanent stains and tried to remove them with soap and surprisingly stains were removed. I think these guys even did not wash them properly and returned all curtains in same condition.nWash craft team if you are offering 4000 dry cleaning in 2000, then you should not compromise on quality also,nI have spoken to your customer care lady and sent curtains pics to her but as usual she never calls back.nMy name is Rahul Kumar and Bill number is 1603.

Gave them some Signature blankets for dry cleaning. Those blankets were dry cleaned several times in past also. When they returned the blanket it was all shrinked, lost all the fluff and warmth. The blanket didn't seem a heavy blanket anymore but they turned it into a regular thin comforter. I doubt if they have even dry cleaned it, seems they washed it with water in their huge laundry machines. They spoiled all my blankets. I am not going to avail there services ever in future, neither will I recommend Washcraft to anyone.
