Very Bad experience Given Saree for dry cleaning They damage Saree and I am very Thank full to them they alter Saree but always i need to make followup with them and they promise to deliver but finally i have to collect and quality of work is very bad .. Iron Quality is very bad. Behavior is very bad I never recommend them. I just said I had very bad experience and owner said aapki saree ho gayi aap saree leke chale jao... Highly disappointed

Worst service ever! I have never experienced such an irresponsible and unreliable service from any dry cleaner in my lifetime. Firstly they promise to deliver the clothes in 3 days and then I kept following them & the clothes got delivered in 1 week and that too not properly cleaned, and top of that, my DRESS WAS MISSING. I called them again and asked about the missing dress, then they said will deliver next day at 11am, called them at 11am, told that it will be delivered at 4pm, I again called them at 4pm, then again they told that it will reach by 8pm & till now have not received. In the last call, they communicated that the dress has been MISSED.....WHO DOES THAT??? That was my favourite one!!!!! Highly irresponsible, inefficient and unreliable service I would say. If your love your clothes and never want to lose them please never opt for UClean Laundry even if they offer their services for free......God knows what will they do with your clothes. I wish would have never opted for their service.

On 21.01.2020, i requested for Car interior cleaning and 6 dining chairsnnMr. Omprakash Plus 2 boys came from IndirapuramnWell behavednExpert in their jobnnAs I stay at first floor, they wanted electric connection for their suction machinenI could ask ground floor peoplenBut i wanted to use my own electricitynTheir wire was long, but not long enough to reach our floornLuckily i had extension boardnnBetter if these guys had extension with them toonThey asked for mini bucket or big mug. I provided them. Better if they have it toonnOverall experience was very good. Quite satisfied with the service.nThanks a lot
