Experience was worst , Apply black spots on my white jacket and thn deny it to accept.nPlease do not use tumble dry

This is my second order and I preinformed to drop the clothes by today and I have kept on calling them as well.nI booked the service since 11:30 and then booked between timeslot of 3-5 however even for the pickup they sent the guy somewhere around 8/8:30pm yesterday. I called the caretaker and asked them to do the service immediately as I won't be available from Saturday. Today also I called and the guy confirmed to send the delivery by 7:30pm. I waited and called as well the number is unable to reach they don't reply on WhatsApp too. This will be the last service I will take from Tumble dry. I am highly disappointed.

Poor delivery commitment. I sent white shirts for dryclean, not sure if it was dry-cleaned as shirt was still dirty.nNever using their service again.
