I've been going to this gym for last three and half years and i must say this is the best gym in the locality with ample of space and there is hygiene, good machinery, space and Excellent trainer. If your are thinking of joining here ask for thapa sir he's is the best in this profession.

Talking about the weight training and cardio section, gym is equipped with most of the machines and the overall area(coverage) of gym is good. More equipments need to be added in CrossFit section. Gym is pretty affordable as compared to the other branded gyms. Space for parking is available but it is at owner's risk. Overall the gym is good ud83dudc4dud83cudffb.
