Its a very nice gym. Owner lala yadav is a helping guy and running the gym very well. Its one of the leading gyms of the area. It is situated in the basement. Location is good. It is just next to police station of vijay nagar. Gym is spacious, facilities like weight training, yoga, cross fit are available. Trained coaches are there to help all the time. The gym has multiple stations to workout. Adequate Cycles and treadmills are also there. Its quite reasonable as well and due to all these reasons it is a popular choice among people of all ages in the area.
