Very bad post sales experience. Defective product delivered and took months to repair it. Owner is very rude although staff is good. Would not recommend to anyone.

Worst customer service, no one attends the calls for complaints, even the owner no shared here, that of mr Sanjay, could not take charge and solve the issue.nMy sofa costing 54k purchased less than a year ago has a broken leg and the cloth is also damaged. But no body cares to even repair the sofa leg let apart the sofa cloth.nTotally irresponsible staff and owner. Big showroom , high prices and lowest customer care.nA lot of room for improvement. Very bad experience with such a old name in the city. Highly disappointed.
