This is a franchisee store and terrible to deal with. Avoid this one and instead go to the Okhla studio. We ordered some big-ticket items and did an online transfer to the account they shared via email and whatsapp. After we confirmed that the transaction was successful, they told us to 'withdraw' from their previous account and move the money to another account. When we asked why, they gave some story about the previous account being in Navyug Market, Ghaziabad and the new one being closer. Fishy!!nThey made us run around in circles for our items and ultimately we had to visit their store again, spend 2 hours and pressurize them to deliver our items. They have 3 people - Sunny, Surendra and Heena and still they cannot manage to communicate with the client. Heena says she designs only and Surendra deals with clients, Surendra does not answer client calls and makes random excuses while Sunny is 'supposedly' the senior who steps in when Surendra is not around. The client is expected to follow-up every week instead of these 3 people, the client is expected to remember order date instead of them referring to their diary/software and the client is a 'big fool' to deal with them. AVOID THIS STORE!
