I have never seen such poor service in my life. And the behavior of the staff was also very bad. After taking the vehicle back, and after paying 14 thousand rupees my vehicle broke down again within a month.

Place is not very good, May be because of covid. I went there for a paid service. First they came to my house for a free pick-up, then they insisted me come with them for a better service. Then while billing they charged for pickup and drop plus some extra charges were there for no reson. They removed these charges on request, but at the first place why were these included.nThen after leaving the place I figured that one of the bolt was missing from the engine cover and it was vibrating like anything. They fixed it again but it again got loose and the problem is still there.nnWhile raking the delivery there was no proper sanitization. They are not following the covid protocols seriously.nI would recommend ghazipur competent service center over this.

I have Sent my new maruti ertiga for 4th service and they i also provided my own synthetic engine oil after that they charged 5777 from me in which they charged 4500 as labour charges

They told me please renew your insurance from our maruti suzuki website and get cashback but after 2 days nothing no cashback receive my 1800 rupees cashback lost.
