Lovely premises, very cordial staff, well managed and properly cleaned loung, clean washroom, good service, offers packaged water bottles for drinking, serve tea good place for waiting while servicing the car. Very nice and well managed place. They also provide the drop facility to nearest metro or public transport facility.

Excellent support by advisor - Amil Ali. He took care of every issue in my vehicle upto my satisfaction. Will be getting my car serviced at Sahibabad branch only. Thanks again Amil .

Best Ford workshop in Delhi NCR. I had issues with my car for a long time. Other workshops were not able to identify and fix the issue, however, Harpreet Ford Sahibabad workshop was able to identify and fix all the issues in a day. Their technicians and engineers are knowledgeable and polite. Very customer friendly and courteous. Seamless experience. Technicians and GM even stayed late after 6pm to ensure my car is ready and all the issues are resolved. quickly arranged parts from other workshops so that I don’t have to wait. Kept me updated all throughout. Took all Covid precautions too. I would recommend all Ford owners to go to this workshop even if it’s a little far off. Worth the time and effort to go there. 10 out of 10 on all aspects. Special thanks to Susha ji, GM and all their technicians who helped me during my visit.
