It is a very poorly maintained bus station.... very dirty...not many public toilets are available at such a big station...so people are forced to urinate openly and whichever one or two available are charging too much which is not affordable for poor people.nBut it is an very important place as Anand Vihar Metro on blue line..Anand Vihar Railway Station, Anand Vihar ISBT and DTC bus stand are located very close to each other on a single location which is very very helpful for travellers...u don't see many places with so many facilities of transport all together and that too so close by(almost within 100 metre distance)nApart from many major cities of Uttar Pradesh..u can get bus for Nepal and Uttarakhand from here.

Swami Vivekanand Inter State Bus Terminus popularly known as Anand Vihar ISBT , located in East Delhi is one of the three Inter State Bus Terminals in Delhi . Anand Vihar ISBT was built in 1993 but it became fully functional with effect from March 1996. It is spread over an area of approximately 25 acres and operates bus services between Delhi and two other states , Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand including DTC and Cluster buses of Delhi. Anand Vihar metro station is situated in the premises of ISBT Anand Vihar. Anand Vihar Railway Station is also located in close vicinity of ISBT Anand Vihar.

Not so clean but you will get bus for most of the place in UP and you will get the bus for IGI Airport that is 534A,there is metro station nearby and Anand Vihar Railway station...
