I took their service twice. They offer cost friendly offers but the result is very poor. First time, they destroyed my hair completely and did not use the right hair color, I visited their salon and got it done again. They accepted their fault and therefore I did not give any reviews as it can happen once by anyone. During Covid times, they were offering home visit service. I would recommend not to go for hair color as it happened again with me. Even my keratin wash is pending and they are not responding. They completely ruined my hair. And not visiting my home for wash. I am waiting for gratitude parlour in Mahagun mall to get opened. I will make sure they apologise for this behaviour and I get my refund. They are not professional at all.

I availed the service here for the first time and got amazing results. I am satisfied with the service. I got whatever I wanted done by Ankur and he did a commendable job. Hygiene was maintained. The staff members were very friendly.nnThank you so much #thegrratitudesalon

I must say this is the first time that I came home with a haircut that I actually liked. Note, I entered the salon with totally untidy hair, after which they fixed it all. Best of all, the cost of the services is totally reasonable and affordable. This was my first time in THE GRRATITUDE SALON, and I have zero regrets. Looking forward to pass by again!
