WBTDC has established lodges in good locations but they have not given attention to satisfy tourists ! Hospitality is very very poor. Staffs are cooperative. Room rates are high if you consider their service.

Very bad experience with Kolkata City Tour. The Guide isn't responsible enough to maintain punctuality when other group members are being late. Other members are taking their own time to complete seeing each place. Didn't even visit all the places. Spoilt the whole day trip. Not at all recommended.

Mython Very good accomodation, fooding very very bad quality less quantity, i think staff are private, must be more professinal.
