You can watch a film with your family and it is situated in the middle of Bishnupur .It is very easy to find from a normal traffic and there is a parking structure available.nAlthough you have to book a ticket as you are here as till now online booking is not available.

One of the oldest cinema halls and the only existing hall in Bishnupur. The condition of it is also not good as well.

Rupkatha Cinema Hall is the only existing cinema hall at Bishnupur (Bankura, West Bengal). It was established in 1948 by Mr. Haridas Rathi. With the passage of time the ownership of this cinema hall began to change from one person to another. Presently Mr. Santosh Aggarwal has the leasehold of this hall. This is not a famous hall but the famous movie CINEMAWALA was shot here. Convenience of the visitors has not been updated according to the progress of time. This is the oldest cinema hall in Bishnupur. But the present condition is very poor. if it will repair than that will be a great news for bishnupurian . At the present time no hall is active in this city . So I hope it should maintain and make a inox type quality .
