I am a member of this gym ....nNice place.....the trainer are always with you , they teach us everything..... They also take care of our health and provide us diet chart....

People say the last 3 or 4 reps is what makes the muscle grow & The mind is what makes it all possible...Guys if you are really looking to make body into temple please visit this gym.nPros:nInstructors are helpful and friendly.nSet up is awesome.nEconomical (if you compare other gym in this town and the set up they have)nOnly con I see a bit congestion if you reach out afternoon but that's all upto you.nnAgain, not asking anyone you have to work out, we are all happy in either way...but if you have in mind please get up and visit. Few glimpses will share.nnSnehasis

Good place for a decent workout. Has all the required instruments. Gym trainers friendly and co-operative.
