Lakhisarai station is one of the oldest railway station Trains available for travel far from here like Delhi, Punjab, Mumbai, Kolkata etc. This station opens 24/7 On the platform you are provided with cleaning and all security related to the corona. Have a nice trip

It is the one of the busiest station of bihar. Recently, a new platform has been constructed in addition with already 2 platform. Also, there have been progress of developing the station infrastructure in better way as water outlet, seat, rest house, overbridge is going to be replaced. you can have easily train for route connecting gaya, Sheikhpura, nawada, sirari, howrah, jamalpur, bhagalpur, jamui, jhajha, sultanganj, mokama, bakhtiyarpur, barh, patna including the route extending Mughalsarai. Ticket booking centre, entrance gate & exit gate is at platform no 1. There are kiul river overbridge connecting kiul jn where almost all train stoppage is available, which is at just 1 km away from lakhisarai station. People from rural areas generally go there, walking on footpath besides rail track via overbridge. There are frequently running buses services just below the station, going to jamui, sikandra, chewara, sirari, Sheikhpura via state Highway. All fare ranges below 100 rupees.

Just ok types railway station and lack of facility are there but something like packaged drinking water is available and some eating items are available
