I will never book flights with the Go Air.Such a pathetic service provider, cancelled my flights twice and customer care is so worse they don't dare to pick up the call.nI will say prefer other Airlines other than this Airline.Thanks

Worst airlines. They rescheduled my flight twice without even informing. They don’t care about their customer’s time or money. Had to rebook my flight 1 week before travelling with Indigo. Paid nearly triple the amount of the original booking as I had booked more than 2 months before travel date. Funny thing is that the indigo flight was also of the same rate at the time of booking. The originally booked flight had been cancelled 10 days after booking but no one cared to inform and I discovered it myself while trying to web checkin 43 days after the rescheduling was done. I changed the schedule then as per my convenience and told them they had not informed me when the flight was rescheduled. They again rescheduled the flight after 7 days without informing. I again was checking my booking to book seats and discovered it myself. This time I decided that this is not an airlines worth travelling in. I have already booked with indigo now going to cancel this flight. PLEASE AVOID.

Pathetic experience. Cancelled flights at end moment and Rescheduled it twice without informing. We had to book another flight to Delhi with a different airline. When confronted the airport authority, they said they initiated the refund process but rudely denied to give any proof of the same. Won't recommend this flight at all especially during an emergency. It's a complete torture.

I am an avid traveller and I must tell you that this the worst Airlines I have come across. If you book your flights in advance get ready for cancellations at the last moment. They should be running a grocery shop instead of this Airlines. No value for on time service amd customer needs. The more I say the less it is for this stupid airlines.

Was informed 18 hours prior to departure that my flight has been cancelled. No reason! Avoid this flight and go for indigo any day! These are really irresponsible people!
