Very Unprofessional behavior. Booked a trip for Singapore and cruise. Rooms provided was of cheap quality. Also did not provide us what was mentioned in the itinerary . Because of Agent confusion we missed our cab and he told us to get a cab and he will refund the money now he is not keeping his promise. do not book from here they. Your money will go on vain if you book your trip from this organization.
