I ordered some lotion and medicine for my dog from their website. Their delivery is as they promised. I got my product on 3rd day, which is really a awesome job. The issue that I felt is their site is not reliable, I was not able to see my order under my account. I contacted them on whatsapp and then they mailed the order id. Next day, they mailed the order tracking id. This should not happen, order details should be visible in your own account but nothing was there.

Very upset from your service.nWe ordered RC maxi starter 4 kg plus milk biscuit for our dog after 10 days we received 15 KG RC packet we noticed it is much more expensive and in good faith we asked azim to take this parcel and give us correct one as we don't want to to take advantage of any mistake done by your team but from that day continue we are chasing for our parcel for which we paid in advance till now after 20-25 days we are still waiting plz help us.nMr Azim is the person from whome we are interacting I don't know his post in the company but very poor service.
It's a Normal pet shop and you'll find almost all the basic necessities required by your pooch. I prefer this shop just because it's very close to my location and I know that if I run out of any supplies (for example:- A basic Digyton Syrup or any other multivitamin) I can quickly run to them to get it. Their closing timings are a bit too early though which they could extend a little but otherwise it's fine. Do check the expiry date of the suppliments or tonics you buy from them.
Very Happy with the services have ordered dog food for my German Shephered from Petsworld.in and they delivered it quite fast their packaging was also very good. Thank you Pets World
