Items submitted for Dry cleaning on 5th March with delivery on 15th March vide bill no 47986. (still not delivered) This is the second time it has happened to me that when I approach on the date of delivery, they do NOT give the item and assure me that they would send it home.(last time it came after 5 days of constant follow up) It has still not been delivered and when I follow up today, assurances given again that it will be sent tomorrow. Frustrating experience.

Gave him jeans to clean patches, dude put acid on it and absolutely ruined the parts where there were patches. Refused to fix my jeans and even acknowledge it. Absolute fraud please avoid at all costs.

The clothes were dirty as before. These guys are not service oriented and very haughty in their customer services. Best to avoid them

Fraudulent service, bad behaviour on top of that refuses to listen or negotiate. You are better off at any other service.
