Worst customer service experienced ever. It took almost 25 mins on IVR to get connected with the executive. Once it got connected I gave my claim # to check the status and the executive without even acknowledging that he could see the details or give any information, informed me that he needs to put the call on hold. The call was put on hold for gud 10 mins and eventually I had to disconnect the call. Highly unprofessional.
NOT ABLE TO GIVE -VE RATINGS OTHERWISE THEY DESERVE THE SAME. NO RESPONSE FROM ANY PERSON IN THIS ORGANIZATION

One of the most pathetic organization to work with. The worst being the HR department. The department of human resources of HITPA should change their name to IR department (Inhuman Resource Department). No learning at all. You will enter this organization as an enthusiastic professional but in no time you will turn into someone who will start hating your job, thanks to the management. You will not find anything positive while working with this organization specially in the HR department. Not at all employee oriented.nnIn life we do end up with lots of regrets, don't add another by applying and getting hired in HITPA. Just Don't. Save yourself from this disaster.
If there is option to choose no star then i selected that one.nThe Service of this policy is worst then worst no online support no response even if you call for support through online then the just put your call in hold and then cut from their side too much pathetic.nnSuggest you not to buy this one ever.
