The owner and his staff are polite and helpful in nature. I had bought two Zoloto PRVs and some other things. When I tried getting PRVs installed in my apartment, there was no water dispensed from the pipes, I called another Plumber (doubting the competence of the plumber). But even the second Plumber couldn't get it to work and instead blamed it to faulty PRV and asked me to get it replaced. As I reached the store, owner wasn't in by then. But his staff explained whatever and as much as he could on how will they fix the problem and in the meantime the owner arrived. Then he called his Zoloto SPOC, who suggested that I visited the official distributor nearby and get the PRVs checked, which was 5 mins walk from the store. As we reached there and discussed the issue, it turned out that the Plumber was putting it the wrong way and the PRV wasn't faulty.. long story short, problem fixed quickly without hassle
