I joined Dr.Priyanka a month back and wanted to learn yoga as well as zumba. She helped me achieve the long lost flexibility n swiftness in me. Not just a great trainer , she holds a vast knowledge about what she teaches and moulded this obsolete n ancient form of yoga in her own fresh version. Mrs. Priyanka Bhave is an experienced and a certified Yoga therapist and physiotherapist. She has been able to give me a timely cure for multiple joint pains and anxiety-related vertigo and has guided me in going about my day-to-day activities confidently. Her way of explaining pros and cons of each exercise is excellent. Because of her expertise in both areas, her guidance has proved beneficial for me holistically. Overall, a very good experience.

I have always wanted to learn yoga so when I got to know about Nyasam, I thought of giving it a try. Little did I know that it is going to be such an astounding and impressive experience for me. Dr Priyanka is well expertised in the field and holds great knowledge about this ancient yet holistic exercise form. In just a month I have felt a drastic change in myself in terms of fitness and flexibility. Her way of teaching and implementing all the exercise regimes is also commendable. Besides yoga , she is trained in Zumba too and performs it with a lot of elegance. I would honestly and sincerely recommend Nyasam to all the self lovers. To all those who want to be fit.. and most importantly.. if you want to achieve it the fun way...

I have greatly benefitted from my time spent with Dr. Bhave who focuses on fundamentals like form, strength and complete body workout. Her exercise strategy is fluid and keeps you on your toes and doesn't let you or your body get used to one type of exercise thereby pushing you to to cross your limits each day. Extremely pleased with the effort put in to first understand my current state and continued evaluation to keep the exercises evolving and me getting better and stronger.
