This is a very small gym. It is good for senior citizens, someone who's looking to start workouts or exercising after a long break or even for the first time. There are no joining charges - just monthly fees.nSince it's quite small, you may have to wait for your turn while trying to do a circuit. Doesn't have a pull up bar. This definitely is not a place for serious gym goers. Can be considered if you're seriously pressed for time and live in the vicinity.
