I called them to unclog a drain outside my house. We clearly told them that the water jet worked for a few days but then the drain got clogged again. They promised me that the most advanced cutter device that they have will take care of that and will get rid of whatever is clogging the drain. They sent three people to do the job with a mere spiral, instead of a cutter. I called them up and said that what they sent wasn't a cutter but they insisted that it is what 'they' called as cutter. I paid 700/- to them just for visiting charges and their charge if the drain got unclogged was 2000/- + GST.nnThey clearly disappointed me and hope you don't get duped by their promises of sending a 'cutter'. Utterly disappointing and still expensive service.
