The appointments are taken on her name in holy family but she doesn't turn up at the time given and the patient is made to wait for atleast 1.5 hours whether the patient is able to sit for so much time or not. Pathetic management that ways. This is the case when the appointment is taken 24 hours before! My advise would be -doctors should start their day early if they have to take rounds in the ICU or patient rooms so that no one suffers. This is not a professional behaviour I would say. The patient was totally unfit to wait for so long and we had to take her to another doctor in the same hospital.
