Cancelled an order on 19th of Oct 2020 a day after placing it from their site and haven't received refund even after 18 days. Sent them several emails regarding the status of refund. Their only reply is we will refund in 2-3 days once we get back the order. My suggestion go with Flipkart/Amazon. Atleast they listen to the consumers' grievances.
