phenomenal service my earphones were 9 months old and after very rough usage the sound output had reduced to 20% when compared to new one. I was skeptical of sending them to repair because of extended lockdown in mumbai but I took the risk and sent them and omg! they provided replacement the next day of receiving my courier and sent the new one back and it just took them 5 days to return the product back to me.

Using one more Bluetooth ear buds from last 6 months.nIt's giving 6 hours backup with 3 times charging with bank. It's a complete package for beat lovers. You just can't resist to rock on music.

Sir, my headphone right side ear bud volume is too low than the left side and warranty period not yet completed. Can I claim warranty?. Does this come under warranty?.

Cheap quality products with high prices and fraud customer service. PLEASE don't you will regret it. My earphones stopped working within months. And any service was denied on false claims of external damage.
