Very bad service. Very rude and arrogent staffnTechnician knows nothing. Mr Sanjay Karale head of centre and his so called senior technician Mr Mahadev Don't understand whats the technical issues are and when they don't understand they just give arrogant answers. Just wanted to charge for visiting and not solving the issues. Our home thetre was not working since lockdown due to some wrong connection of wires but the technician didn't understand what really to donHe just went and said one wire is needed and he will going to bring that wire. And he didn't show for next 15 days after waiting for next 15 days we again register a complaint then again he asked for visiting charges which we already paid just 15 days before . Pathetic service... wrong approach towards customer.... arrogant and bad staff...after second visit also he had not solved the problem instead our TV's audio is completely gone..and when we called the head of centre Mr Sanjay karale...he talked so rudely as if it's our fault now to ask them to correct the sound. So now no sound from Tv...no sound from home theatre...and our insult is what we got.... remember the names and if you're interested in getting insulted then surely contact them...
