Very good, competent, and caring service. Everyone is respectful and courteous. I travel from 4 towns over and pass 4-5 vets to come to East Bay. Vets are not cheap, so consider insurance. It helps to lighten the cost for a major event.

These guys are great. Always helpful. When I bought my first dog there I was 21 years old and they guided me through process and continue to compassionately care for her! Thank you.

Christmas (Friday!) morning, we woke to our dog limping & in severe pain. Our vet was closed until Monday, so on a whim I called East Bay... Dr. Selmonsky answered after one ring and offered to meet us at the office in an hour - this knowing that we were not even current customers. Follow up the next day was with Dr. Maltese and she was fantastic as well. The entire staff was friendly, helpful & caring. Amazing service all around - they have earned a new customer!

People at vet office very nice. I had to put my lovely cat to sleep. They were supportive and did not rush me out . I stayed inside for as much as I need it. Fee days later I received hand written note that assured me about making right, but extremely hard decision. It eased my pain a little. Thank you East Bay vet.

I have been going to East Bay for about 7 years all the doctors and staff members from the front desk to the vet assistants are very caring and professional. Dr Maltese took care of my Great Dane Mastiff mix when she had happy tail and some of her tail had to be removed. When it was time to euthanize our Ridgeback April of 2020 at the height covid-19 when people were not supposed to be close to each other Dr Maltese was so caring she had Simba brought outside so my family and I could be with him when he left us. Instead of him being alone we were with him which made it a bit easier. A week later Dr Waters-Lemma helped me when our cat Lacy also had to be euthanized both pets had stomach cancer (gotta love Long Island water). My cat Scratt who does not like to be held or picked up didn't have a care in the world when Dr Maltese and Dr Selmonsky took care of her they are like cat whisperers. If you are looking for caring veterinarians East Bay is perfect and for people with large dogs the exam tables go up and down so no lifting is necessary.
