I would give 0 stars if I could. Nonstop dissapointment.nnIn instance one, a car hit a cat and I picked him off the highway- bleeding, dying. I called as they were the only 'emergency' vet. They were highly rude, unsympathetic. They said even though I hadn't hit the cat, I would have to pay $100+ for them to even see the cat. Gross values.nnIn instance two, my cat fell from 9 ft and was screaming in pain. I called the EMERGENCY vet and was treated like it was just another day. I said how urgent it was and that he was screaming in pain. The receptionist shrugged me off and told me the vet was busy but she would see if he could make time for me when he wasn't busy. 10 minutes later they called me back only to put me on hold for 20 minutes! After 20 minutes they had the audacity to come on the phone and say they wouldn't see me. They asked how he was doing. I said he's screaming in pain and cannot walk. They said he'll be fine. They said the next opening they had was in 2-3 days! Are you not an emergency vet? Do you not take emergencies? I know the emergency hospital in winnipeg treats people kindly and doesn't hesitate to help. Maybe you could take notes from them, considering you handle emergencies horribly.

If you have sick pet please donNot go to this facility. Vet was cold,rude and knew nothing. The bill was padded. Very expensivenI went to see the manager. He was not inn3 days later they did not contact me. They do not care. More interested in making money than providing care. Worst vet in Manitoba. I would have rated them zero but could notnSo ignore the one star.

This is a place that cares. The vet followed up with us twice for our old puppy. Thanks guys for caring! It just makes it easier.

Time spent there was great. Been a client before and love the new bldg. Staff friendly as usual too bad Kobi (my Beagle) doesn t feel the same. Separation issues.

We have been clients of South East for twenty years.nDuring that time we have had many different needs from a vet ranging from annual check ups and injections to emergency situations.nThe staff have always been compassionate, caring and very skillful. I would recommend this Veterinary Service every time I would be asked about where to take a pet for quality care.
