Dr. Murdock is the best! She saw my rabbit for years. The staff here is also very nice. Prices are always reasonable.nnI will be taking my kitties here as well

I didn't have a good experience with East Bay Animal Hospital. Poor communication from staff and the Vet that I spoke to on the phone was rude. I had asked question before my puppies first appointment and was told one thing by the front desk people and then when speaking to the vetnthey told me a different thing and when I explained I had called and asked beforehand and that it was their office that gave me the advice the vet then said oh maybe it was someone new you spoke to. There are other examples of the poor communication.nI was going to give this vets office another try and one morning I called around 7:45 because I had a question on the medication my puppy was on and I had some concerns. I was told the vet would give me a call once they got in, no one called so I called back that afternoon and I was told again the vet would call me that afternoon or by the end of the day. That never happened. I got a call the following day by one of the technicians not the vet. We decided to find another place for our dog.

Staff is always happy, kind and courteous. Doctors all truly care about your pets. Prices are average. I've never had a single complaint about this place! Highly recommended.

This is the best vet, I had to bring my ferret Mellow here due to a rash. And they were so nice and professional. I will never go to any other vet. East Bay Animal hospital is trustworthy and so kind. Thanks again to the staff and Dr for taking great care of Mellow.

This was our first time going to East Bay and everyone was so nice we had Dr. Amy Munson she was very thorough in her exam she explained everything to me and took her time with my Toby and Karly was our assistant she was very good explained to me about the meds and how to give them and took her time didn't rush us. Love this place ❤
