A holistic fitness experience for women & children in Jamshedpur :) The instructors are always looking for creative ways of making your fitness journey fun. The Zumba sessions are amazing & the Latin dance classes (for men & women) are definitely a must try!

Best gym in town esp for ladies n girls..I love the ambience n the trainers r too good.my weight loss journey started in lys and I lost 25 kgs I would recommend you ladies to join in lys ...I love all the session here esp Zumba,power yoga,body toning cross fitness n strength training.

It's beenjust 2 months of joining lys and I can see amazing results ....from nutrition to massage lys follows a holistic approach that has definitely helped me attain my fitness goals....they address ur health issues and plan accordingly which is great...so yes lys is indeed the best gym

This gym has everything you'd want for fitness under one roof viz. Zumba , meditation , tabatha, boxing , yoga ,CrossFit . My experience with them so far has been great . The trainers are knowledgeable and certified . This is definitely the best place in town for women to workout.
