The quality of service is very good. Same goes for the condition of car and the distance was travelled so swiftly.nPlease work on minimising the fare.

The entire process of booking was very smooth. Fare was also apt but was disappointed by driver's unprofessional behaviour as he wasn't ready to switch on the AC. However, the issue was soon resolved by prompt intervention by the staff on complaint. Overall a good experience.

I took a cab from dhanbad to kolkata with my child...no one except us...I was scared how the driver would be and safety ...but I was reassured by the company. They sent a very clean car. The driver knew the way...no loose talk...didnt stare at us or make us uncomfortable in anyway. He was a thorough gentle man. It was a 7hr drive and we reached safely. The company and the driver were very courteous and reliable. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks for this awesome experience. Cheers!
