An extremely busy place in the 'heart' of the city. The departmental store is a huge 2-story building that houses a wide range of day-to-day utilities. It is most popular of all the super markets in the city not just for the availability of all kinds of products under one roof but also for the so-called 'food court'. (Review for food court for another time.)nnYou can see people thronging this place especially in the evenings and around festivals. It is almost always packed that you have to literally snake through the aisles to pick your stuff. When it comes to billing, they have several counters though most times at least a couple of them will be closed. Fortunately, there are express counters wherein you can checkout if you have purchased only 3 or 4 items. I personally would go to this place only if I have to buy things that I cannot find at other supermarkets, like a particular salad dressing or dried herbs (they were the first to introduce these products to the city). If you don't find a particular food product at local stores or other supermarkets, chances are that you will find it here, in the city limits (can also be found in other giant hypermarkets in the outskirts).nnThey accept all major credit cards but only if the bill value is 300/- or above.nnThe one thing I would like to bring to the notice of the management is that some of the staff tend to belittle/look down upon Muslim (burqa clad) women. That is something that annoys me to the core! All 'customers' should be treated equally.nnThe staff is a mix of men and women, mostly women which is good, not of much help though.nnLastly, I would appreciate if they could stock up exotic fruits and veggies.

Home delivery is not good.. I instructed to deliver on first floor but the delivery person was denying to deliver. I expected better service... Hope will improve in future

Prefer only westside for shopping .good quality , value for money ,discounts , different models can be available. Which is suitable for Middle class family. GO AND EXPERIENCE NOW

Nice place to hang on with family! Ample of Parking for both Two and Four wheelers. One stop for Snacks, Shopping Groceries and Apparel, along with Multiplex Cinema Theatres.

Very nice South Indian food are available. I love it Very much. Main advantage is the staffs here can communicate in Hindi and English.
