This is the newest, hottest apartment of Kurnool in 2020. Brand new. 5 floors with 10 flats per floor, with surplus parking space, greenery within the compound, children's play area, car wash area, dual elevators, solar water heating, two security guards, one watchman, etc etc. So many special amenities which are on par with other apartments. There are few drawbacks too. Hope they will rectify them. 3 entrance gates to the community, common area lighting. CC TV footage throughout the parking area and also surveying the corridors. 24 hours back up cameras. 24 hours security. Recently Skanda people have removed a security guard from patrolling, which is very bad on the developer aspect. 24 hours backup generator only for the lifts though.
