Very good Doctor but hospital have to repair

Okay. I dont blame the vet but its very poorly maintained.. the tools were stained with blood and rust. There were open needle. Used syringes. I really didnt wanted my dog to be taken tgere but we didn't have any option. Very poorly maintained.
