They are useless and shameless. They are not doing their job properly and they delivered the paid products to any one without giving a single call or attempting delivery, even a single time. worst service

Getting mssg for delivery for past 3 days, but no delivery of shipment. They don't call. Just on their own write that shipment couldn't get delivered. As being customer you don't have any option other than waiting. They don't share their number either.... Worst worst worst.... It should have been -ve star...

Service is a slow, with literally no way to contact the courier service. All you can do is wait for them to deliver. It takes more than 2 days for the them to initiate the delivery process. I don't feel my product safe here after seeing the way they handle the goods

in case when your parcel is at Purnia but didn't reach you then firstly talk to delivery boy to leave your parcel there and then go. and in case of emergency go as early as possible 8a.m. in morning because it is open till 12 at night

No segregation of parcels. Won't deliver at door also you will have to go to their warehouse and ask for it. Then also due to lack of segregation they will ask you to come after few days and collect it.
