The one and only service centre available in Purnia.nStaffs are little rude.nAvailable in a very small place.nCompany should look after this and should upgrade it.

Last year I went there and it was satisfactory, but this time they didn't even have the simple part of the phone. Even the token system is useless. People are lining up.
