West Niagara Animal Hospital is probably the best Veterinarian we have been able to find in 20+ years as a family of pet lovers with our own Zoo at home!nThey are super friendly and courteous and their prices are definitely the best we've been able to find in a very long while. Thank you for taking on our Zoo on as patients!

Sad to say, I gave West Niagara a second shot! Years ago I had a bad experience and never went back. Being local since 1988, I thought I would give them another shot! My current vet took a year off as he had medical family issues to take care of. So here I am in a bad situation! My pug Annie 14 years old was in need. I knew it was time to let her go! During a very emotional time, I called West Niagara to ask for help to have her put to sleep and cremation! In tears, I was given a quote. Then she asked me when I would like to come in. Told her today or tomorrow! Her reply. I'm sorry we don't have an opening for a week and half to 2 weeks.nYou're kidding me! You just asked me when I wanted to come, as my dog is dying!nSad that 5 MINUTES could not have been alloted for my dying dog!nAt a time that is very hard for pet owners, you would think 5 minutes would be accommodating! I breed pugs and I probably would have become a great customer.nThis was the worst experience ever!nI'm sorry we can't lay your dog to rest!nAnnie passed away on her own at 1035 the following morning. So I was 100 percent right on her needs!nTy to West Niagara for another TERRIBLE experience!nI would think your staff would be a little understanding when a pet owner is crying on the other end!?nLost my business and referrals!nFrom a heartbroken pet owner!

We have taken our dogs to West Niagara for the past 9 years and their kindness, compassion, skills and knowledge is of the highest standards. We highly recommend them.
