Very bad service , shop , staff because i purchase prestige hob and when i install its defective, after they said me you should go for customers care for this new defective product. Very bad i never ever ud83dude14 buy from this perragadhi prestige national market shop, i hope you also

Very BAD shopping Experience! I would recommend any other prestige exclusive dealer but this one.nnIt is a small shop with no moving inventory and shopkeeper uses all kinds of lies to make a sale and cheat the customer ! Shopkeeper and his wife (family run shop- no professionalism) are rude and dishonest.nnPurchased a gas stove (in exchange offer), it was the display piece sold to u, stating it was opened and displayed the same day as the previous one got sold a day before. When we opened the product at home, we found a lot of scratches on the glass top which clearly states the fact that piece sold to us was not put on display the same day but kept there for months. Upon approaching the shopkeeper he was adamant and lied to us on face that this was shown to us at the time of sale. (absolute lie on our face), rather his wife was in a hurry to make the sale to us stating that the stock is moving fast.(another gimmick to make the sale at any cost)nnThere is no network coverage in the shop and WiFi password is only given when the customer is going to make the payment. Comparing prices online is very difficult while standing in the shop. Later I saw a reduced price of the product online on prestige exclusive website and feel cheated by this shopkeeper.

Want to get cheated , goto this outlet. The husband wife duo running this shop, have no ethics, lie about everything and believe in cheating the customers. Please spend your money wisely. Once spent, they will never return your money after selling you defected goods.
