Pathetic service and these people sell defective SAMSUNG products. BEWARE of their misleading sales persons.nWe bought a Samsung refrigerator and at the time of its installation, we pointed out to the samsung engineer and the Vijay sales executive that we feel there is a problem with the closing of the door but both the samsung and Vijay sales represented said that the it is because the refrigerator is new and will be okay in a few days. But when the problem continued and after several reminders to the company, a new samsung engineer came and pointed out that it is a defective product and showed the cracks on the inside that could not be seen directly. Since then a blame game is going on between Samsung and vijay sales and no corrective action has been taken by them.
